Great post! I hope everyone can catch the witness, catch the wit, catch the spirit, or just catch some spit. :) (subtle Canadian band reference you left off)

Vote for Reagan???? Sweet baby jesus, I’m sewing a Canadian Flag to your ass for that remark.

    Alden,
Haha, I KNOW you looked those lyrics up. Well, I like Rush too much to make fun of them. Actually I like Bryan Adams too, but not too much to make fun of him.

    Ally,
LMAO. But snorting coke and shooting a gun are ok? Two out of three ain’t bad. You’re my kind of woman.

    Ian,

Compared to voting for Reagan? …heck yeah!

Overall very funny. It’s got an offbeat, and I can thrash to it. I laughed out loud near the end when you responded to the husband’s comment about he and his wife’s passionate relationship.

If celine dion is in somebody’s list of things that would validate or prove the worth of something, they have already negated the existence of their sense of taste as far as I’m concerned. She can make sounds and vibrate air, but she doesn’t vibrate the air in a way that pleases me for sure. I’d rather listen to a fan or a jack hammer. In fact, I often have.

    Rock on.

I wonder. What’s up with stationary Canadians. I know a few Canadians who are cool. I wonder what happens with them when they travel.

After sitting for many hours on a dinky little side seat of an old truck with Roberta and Mike…

this post was exactly what I needed to see before passing the eff out. Hilarious.

I think I’m going to forward this to my friends I was stuck with during the earthquake. I’m not sure which was worse… the earthquake itself or the Canadian guy we got stuck with. Joking obviously, but yeah… he’s a Canadian Jew so I almost feel bad for being mean/making fun of him.

i don’t like french canadians. mainly cuz i’m french and i don’t like them to basterdize it.

commenting on the “canadians are prudes” thing, idk. got a couple friends from canada ( one’s here and makes her little canadian exes drive down here) and they’re pretty sexually active.

what you didn’t mention is the abundance of trees shrooms and crank.
never met druged out canadians in your travels?

    Allen,
Thank you for improving the quality of my site with yet another high quality comment.

    Missy,
Haha, glad you were into it. Hope it gave you good dreams after you passed the eff out.

    Tracy,
Haha, I wouldn’t worry, I’m sure he deserves it.

    Lou,
In terms of Canadians and drugs, I met this Canadian in Amsterdam who was the most annoying of them all. He tried to get more fucked up than me. He tried to beat me at chess. He never did either one. It was 2002 and he kept going on about how Canada wasn’t going to go into a double-dip recession. I told him that the U.S. hadn’t either, and he was shocked at my insolence. You’re right about Canadians being pretty sexually active, though. I slept with his girlfriend that night. Just kidding, two nights later.
