Well, it’s about that time. I’m at the edge of the civilized world in Oregon House, CA right now. I’ll leave for burning man tomorrow. I won’t have any cell phone or internet access for a week.
So, no blog entries either. I will miss you all. I will miss writing for you all.
These past few days I’ve been so busy with preparing, I wasn’t able to write as much as I would have liked. In general there is a lot I wish I had told you before leaving for Burning Man.
But oh well. See you in a week with an expanded and more politically correct conscious.
People keep on asking me about burning man. People ask me “what do people do at Burning Man?”
Rest assured I will be up to one of three things.
- Doing it loud. Or loudly. Or quietly.
- Getting high.
- Absolutely nothing.

- Check out Notes of a Dirty Old Man by Charles Bukowski. It’s a collection of short pieces Bukowski wrote for a newspaper in the 60s. If you like this blog, you will love this book. Special thanks to Leon for telling me about it.
